Hi. My name is David Somers (CPT, CES). I help those seeking to increase movement and decrease pain to live a more active and healthy lifestyle. I am a NASM* Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Corrective Exercise Specialist, and overall wellness enthusiast. My passion for health, fitness, and corrective exercise developed from seeking solutions to physical condition hurdles and injuries for myself and my family.
For more than 10 years, I have been working with clients of varying ages and physical abilities. I work with each client individually to identify their fitness goals, whether those goals be strengthening and correcting imbalances/compensations, working to rebuild following an injury, or seeking increased movement and a more active lifestyle. Once the goals are established, I customize a plan to achieve optimal functionality.
